In collaboration with my client team at imagi, we set out to redesign their website with the goal of increasing sign-ups for their web platform and enabling users to book demo calls.
I began by performing a UX audit to identify user experience gaps, and empathized with the users in order to create a journey map that outlined the path from awareness to conversion and the questions users might have at each stage.
Key issues included clarifying messaging, targeting to specific personas, and incorporating social proof to enhance the browsing experience. To address these challenges, I developed high-fidelity wireframes and the changes were pushed to production a couple of weeks later.
The results were significant: we doubled the conversion rate on platform sign-ups and streamlined the demo booking process, leading to an increase in overall sign-ups.
